You can request deletion of your personal data associated with n8n Chatbot AI at any time.
How to request deletion
- Email us at elyas.alrawahi.ai@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
- Include any identifiers that help us locate your account or chats (e.g., email, phone number, messaging handle, or platform ID).
What happens next
- We will confirm receipt within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days (or sooner where required by law), unless an extension is justified.
- We will delete or anonymize chat logs, workflow records, and associated identifiers from our n8n instance and connected systems within our control.
- For third-party platforms you connected (e.g., Facebook/WhatsApp/Telegram, CRMs), we will forward the request where applicable, or guide you to their mechanisms.
Limitations
We may retain minimal records required to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud/abuse, or resolve disputes.
